Michelle's journey into aesthetic medicine has been guided by a simple belief. Great results come from knowledge, precision, and never stopping the pursuit of better patient care.
As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), she has spent the past 15 years refining her craft as an aesthetic injector. Every patient, every procedure, and every year in practice has strengthened her commitment to delivering natural, confident results backed by clinical excellence.
That dedication has led her beyond the treatment room. Today, Michelle serves as a National Trainer for Galderma and Allergan Aesthetics while also providing private injector training across the country. She has helped educate and mentor countless medical professionals, sharing the techniques, safety standards, and clinical judgment that define exceptional aesthetic care. Her work keeps her at the forefront of new products, advanced techniques, and the latest developments in aesthetic medicine.
Teaching has become one of Michelle's greatest passions. She believes the best injectors never stop learning, and she enjoys helping fellow providers build confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow successful practices through education and collaboration.
When she is not training other clinicians, Michelle serves as Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner at SkinSpirit in Burlingame, California, where she continues to care for patients while bringing real-world experience into every course she teaches.
